How do I delete my account?

Open Treazured, go to Settings, then tap Delete Account. This will:

Account deletion is immediate and irreversible. If you'd prefer to simply stop using the app without deleting, just sign out and uninstall — your data stays intact if you ever come back.

Credits & Purchases

How do credits work?

Each credit powers one batch of suggestions — a fresh set, or a refinement of one you've already seen. New accounts get 3 free credits to try the app. After that, credits are purchased in packs of 10, 20, 45, or 100. Credits never expire — top up when you run out and pick up right where you left off.

My credits didn't appear after a purchase

Credits are granted automatically once Apple confirms the purchase. If they haven't shown up within a minute:

  1. Close and reopen the app to force a refresh.
  2. Go to SettingsRestore Purchases. This will re-sync with Apple and grant any credits that were paid for but not delivered.
  3. If credits still don't appear after a restore, email us with your purchase date and the Apple receipt. We can manually grant credits from our end.

How do I restore purchases on a new device?

Sign in to the same Treazured account you used on your old device, then go to SettingsRestore Purchases. Your credits and purchase history are tied to your account, not your device.

I'd like a refund

All purchases are handled by Apple. To request a refund, go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with the Apple ID that made the purchase, and submit a refund request. Apple processes refunds at their discretion — we don't have the ability to issue them directly.

If you've experienced a specific issue with the app that caused an unwanted purchase, email us and we'll do what we can to help.

Using the app

My gift suggestions won't load

A few things to try:

If a generation fails midway, the credit is automatically refunded — you won't be charged for a failed suggestion run.

Occasion reminders aren't appearing

Treazured sends local reminders through iOS. If you're not receiving them:

  1. Open iOS SettingsNotificationsTreazured and make sure notifications are enabled.
  2. Check that the occasion has a date set and a reminder offset configured.
  3. Make sure your device isn't in Do Not Disturb or a Focus mode that silences Treazured.

Can I use Treazured on iPad or Mac?

Treazured is optimised for iPhone on iOS 17 and later. It runs on iPads and Apple Silicon Macs via the iPhone app compatibility layer, but some UI elements may be scaled. A dedicated iPad experience is on our roadmap.
