Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating a Treazured account or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

2. What Treazured does

Treazured is an iOS app that generates personalised gift suggestions. You create profiles for the people you shop for — their interests, relationship to you, and upcoming occasions — and Treazured produces themed gift ideas based on that context and your budget.

Suggestions are AI-generated. They're meant as inspiration — we don't guarantee that any product will be available, correctly priced, or a perfect fit. Buying decisions are entirely yours. When you tap a buy link, you're taken to a third-party retailer; Treazured is not party to any purchase you make there.

3. Your account

You can sign up with an email address or Sign in with Apple. You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use Treazured.

4. Beta access

Treazured is currently free to use during the beta period. Features may change, things may break, and the app may be unavailable at times. We appreciate your patience — and your feedback.

We reserve the right to limit access, change features, or end the beta at any time. We'll give reasonable notice if we do.

5. Your content

The recipient profiles and notes you enter are yours. You give us a limited licence to process that content to provide the service — specifically, to generate gift suggestions. We don't use your personal content for anything else, and we don't share it with third parties beyond what's described in our Privacy Policy.

You're responsible for the accuracy of information you enter about others, and for having a reasonable basis to store it.

6. Acceptable use

Please don't:

• Use Treazured for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or extract source code from the app
• Abuse the suggestion system through automated or bulk requests
• Try to access another user's account or data

We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms.

7. No warranty

Treazured is provided "as is" during the beta period. We make no guarantees about uptime, accuracy of suggestions, or fitness for any particular purpose. Use it knowing it's a work in progress.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Treazured App is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app — including unsuitable gift purchases or service interruptions.

9. Changes to these terms

We'll update these terms as the app grows. If we make material changes, we'll notify you in the app before they take effect. Continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
